FanVault is an online membership platform that lets independent creators offer paid, subscription-based access to exclusive digital content for their fans.
FanVault operates a digital content membership platform. Creators (musicians, illustrators, writers, fitness coaches, and similar independent creators) use FanVault to publish exclusive digital content — posts, images, videos, early releases, and direct messages — behind paid membership tiers. Fans pay a recurring subscription fee, billed in INR, to unlock access to a creator's members-only content for the duration of their active membership. FanVault does not sell or ship any physical goods; all products offered are digital access/services delivered instantly online.

FanVault ("we", "us", "our") is a membership platform operated by Harsh Raj, registered address Chakand, Gaya, Bihar 804404, India. This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, members, and creators using the FanVault website.
We share information only with: (a) our payment gateway partner, to process your subscription payment; (b) service providers who help us run the website (such as hosting); and (c) law enforcement or regulators where required by law. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We retain account and transaction information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements.
You can update your account details at any time, or request deletion of your account by contacting us at fakeuse0077@gmail.com. Some information may be retained where required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date.

FanVault memberships give access to digital content only. There is no physical product to return. "Return" in this policy refers to reversing a membership charge, not returning goods.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically an additional 3–5 business days.

FanVault memberships are billed on a recurring monthly cycle, starting from the date you first subscribe to a creator's tier. There is no minimum commitment period or lock-in.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. You keep access to the membership's exclusive content until the end of the current paid billing cycle — we do not cut off access early, and we do not automatically prorate or refund the remaining days of a cycle you choose to cancel mid-way (see our Refund Policy for exceptions).
You can rejoin a creator's membership at any time after cancelling. Rejoining starts a new billing cycle from the date you resubscribe.
If a creator closes their FanVault page or discontinues a tier, affected members will be notified and their membership will be cancelled from the next billing cycle, with any already-charged period honoured in full.

FanVault does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. Every product offered on this platform — membership tiers, exclusive posts, images, videos, and direct messages — is digital content, delivered entirely online.
Once a membership payment is successfully processed, access to the creator's exclusive content is unlocked immediately in your FanVault account. There is no waiting period and nothing is shipped to a physical address.
If you complete a payment but do not see your membership unlocked within 15 minutes, please contact us with your payment reference and we'll resolve it promptly.
