Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FanVault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Creator or to purchase a subscription as a Fan. By registering or subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.

3. Accounts

Creators must provide accurate registration information, including a valid UPI ID for payouts and an Instagram handle for verification purposes. All new Creator accounts are subject to manual review and approval before going live. Fans access paid content via an email-verified purchase; no separate fan account is required.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, a Creator grants FanVault a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content to paying subscribers as part of operating the Platform.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. FanVault does not store your card details.
• Subscription plans, pricing, and durations are set individually by each Creator and may vary.
• Creators receive 80% of each payment; FanVault retains a 20% platform fee.
• Creator payouts are transferred to the Creator's registered UPI ID, typically within 7–10 business days.
• Subscriptions grant access for the purchased duration only and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case; contact support with your payment ID.

6. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on FanVault, with zero tolerance:

• Any content involving, depicting, or sexualizing minors, in any form.
• Non-consensual content of any kind, including content shared without the subject's consent.
• Content that is illegal under Indian law, including but not limited to obscenity as defined under the IT Act, content promoting violence, or content violating any individual's rights.
• Copyrighted material uploaded without the rights holder's permission.
• Content facilitating harassment, doxxing, or hate speech.

Violations result in immediate content removal and account suspension, and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.

7. Content Reporting & Takedown

Anyone can report content or a Creator account for review — no login required. Reports can be filed directly from a Creator's page or by contacting us. Reports involving suspected underage content, non-consensual content, or illegal material are prioritized and reviewed on an urgent basis. We will remove content that violates these Terms and may suspend or permanently ban the associated account.

8. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring all content they upload is their own, that all individuals depicted are 18+ and have given informed consent to appear in and to the distribution of the content, and that the content complies with all applicable laws.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or at our discretion to protect the safety of our users.

10. Limitation of Liability

FanVault is provided "as is." We are not liable for content uploaded by Creators, disputes between Creators and Fans, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
